Educate their Gen Z audience in language that resonates in order to reduce anxiety about potential health concerns

Solution

On a web-based app, users answered questions before being given actionable advice for the condition they seemed to have based on their answers

​

In addition to helping write unbiased questions to move users through to a potential diagnoses, my role was to translate 150+ diagnoses from complicated to clear—maintaining medical accuracy while infusing empathy, appropriately placed humor, and bits of slang.
